Not warm and fuzzy, perhaps more like the day after your birthday, and you find yourself a little closer to early middle age than you might like…so let’s say grey and fuzzy…

Scout and I were wandering once more, taking advantage of a small window in the rainy weather a few days ago, and we were quite enjoying the soothing effects of mist and light rainy suspension on a brow that might have needed it. Scout will overdo every now and then.

It was all a bit of a blur, most likely the adjustment to new contact lenses, you know how it is, or the atmospheric tricks of light sometimes at play between bouts of heavy weather. That’ll be it.

I’m back on working from home, or if I’m out with Scout, working from phone. Please hold the line, your call is important, and you’ll be connected to the first available OldPlaidCamper once he’s ordered his thoughts and can string together a coherent sentence that doesn’t run on unnecessarily. Did you just hang up?! Well, really.

It’s been good to be able to wander aimlessly mid-week and at random times (after seeing to all the important WFH stuff, of course) with no mission, in a pleasantly fuzzy blur, and enjoying not seeing the forest for the trees on purpose. No doubt I’ll sharpen up once we are called back, but in the meantime we’ll maintain our socially distanced meanderings and check in with our neighbours, ensure all is well.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I chuckled throughout this fuzzy fun, pc. Espec. the barking platform dialogue and the phone call. That phone call dialogue had me guffawing, my friend. Cheers to you and Mrs. PC and Scout.

Oh I was a bit fuzzy last night myself, after dinner and a trip to a local brewery. Think I’ll get out in the woods and walk it off.

A trip to a local brewery will do that…hope you walked it off!

Fuzzy fun produced some crystal-clear harbor shots, Adam. Robust!

Robust it was! I like the look of the 1792 Small Batch bourbon you were sipping – I don’t often have spirits, but it is winter, and cold out there…

I did enjoy the humor. very dramatic images, I don’t know how well I would cope with the heavy cloud cover for long periods of time. My friend just returned from Vancouver and said how great her skin felt walking outside along the sea wall but there was lots of damage from the last storm. I am wondering if Scout can go to the bar with you, that would be a great conversation starter. It is warmer and I finally got out for a walk as well.

Absolutely enjoyed your fuzzy wandering and photos!! Loved the stunning Atmospheric capture so much that I forgot what I wanted to rant about when you mentioned early middle age birthdays. Hope you had a wonderful birthday and that the raspberry selection isn’t a sign of a craft beer midlife crisis. Definitely would have thought that if you had chosen their Habanero Fudge Robust Porter. Glad your community is taking precautions to stay safe during this latest COVID surge and hope the predictions that it will peak in February are true. Luckily a fabulous game last night by the Buffalo Bills and my favorite quarterback Josh Allen and the wonderful captions has halted a minor rant about another Tottenham postponed game and Everton losing another game and needing a new coach.

After the recent Everton misery, I could do with getting a bit fuzzy once more! Looking at the Howe Sound website, I see the Habanero Porter, and a Sea Salt one (no, I don’t think so…) but my in store choices of Vanilla Bean and the Raspberry turned out to be pretty good – especially the raspberry – perhaps I might already have been back for another can or two…
For my birthday next year, I’d like for Everton to have the same manager for more than six months, unless, as one rumour has it, it is Mourinho! Please, not that! Universe, what have I done to offend you?
I hope your week is going well, and I hope Spurs opt to play a game of football at some point – all these postponed games, the season will never end!

Have a wonderful weekend. That floating cabin looks amazing I could live there.

Thanks, Kelly! Yes, a cabin, floating or somewhere remote would be very pleasant. It’s a dream, and maybe one day…?!

I dream of it too. In NB you can lease land for 10 yr term for establishing camps. But I love to travel and see new places, I know in my heart of hearts, it get bored with it. Alway a nice dream…
