Longer daylight hours, the soft warmth of springlike days, and the promise of a cold drink on a sunny patio – sure, let’s spring forward!

Might have to wait a little longer for some of those springing forward benefits around here?

In the meantime, we don’t have to dream of the beach to visit the beach, not here!

Oh well! Glass half full, it’s almost spring, or soon will be, and in the meantime, we’re off to the mountains for a few days, to enjoy the rain, and maybe even the snow, if our cabin is at a high enough elevation…

Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Well…I am also ready for spring!

I like the seasons to be distinct, but it is rare we transition seamlessly from winter to spring! Every year, I have to remember to embrace the muddle!

Thanks, Jane – the weekend was pleasant, with many mountains and much snow. It’s still winter out here, just…

Scout looks suitably relaxed. Enjoy the weekend Adam, the mountains, the coffee and cheers, no matter the weather!

Thanks, Miriam! Mountain time is always a blast, whatever the weather – we’re still out here, and we’ve been fortunate, ‘cos despite the daytime warm up, there’s been plenty of overnight snow. Scout has woken up now there’s snow she can play in!

I liked your ability to spring forward here, pc, and we know spring is nearby despite the snow. I read your mountain post before this one, so I know you made it to the mountains and enjoyed all there was to offer…I think that’s a wonderful thing. Cheers to you and Mrs. PC and Scout.

Our mountain cabin time was a real treat, quite wonderful, and yes, plenty of snow.
It’s warmed up back in the city, until this morning, when we awoke to… plenty of snow!
Springing back and forth, but getting there! I’d guess you’re a lot closer to declaring spring along your coast? Enjoy!
Thanks, Jet!
