Definitely on a creative streak with these post headings recently. Looking forward to “Actually sunny” for next week. Can’t be entirely sure that’s going to happen, as the forecast – and much anticipated – long spells of sunshine due at the start of the current week have been somewhat late arriving.

At the time of writing – Wednesday afternoon – we’re in more of a grey skies and feeling the potential for some warmth instead of bright sunshine sort of a pattern. Hints of brightness and a couple of brief sunny spells, but less than the forecast indicated. You should see my pouty face.

Still, almost sunny and not quite raining are both improvements on the cold and damp spring we’ve enjoyed to date, so we’re optimistic that the extended warmth and sunshine forecast for Friday and Saturday arrives on time!

If not, I’d recommend not reading this next week as there is likely to be something of a toddler tantrum. I’ll enjoy my tantrum – who doesn’t revel in their own childishness from time to time? – but it’s best avoided by everyone else. Ignore him, just attention seeking…

Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Stop the press! What’s this? Thursday morning – actually sunny? Why, yes!

Sun is good , asw ell as warmer temps, which we also have .yay! Enjoy!

29 today and grass fires west of here in Evansburg and Entwhistle resulting in evacuations. So early! Now we need rain!

The prospect of Pacific sunshine sounds terrific. Just the opposite of our weekly prospect in the Northeast, but that’s April for ya. Enjoy!

The sunshine finally arrived for real today, and it has been most welcome! April was colder and wetter than average, so here’s hoping May turns things around…
Thanks, Walt, and I hope your week is off to a good start!

Wonderful to see the beautiful harbor and that the tantrum was averted! I was able to forget about our rainy Saturday after all three of my hockey teams won last night, but watching the Spurs today was as painful as our snow showers last week and more arriving tomorrow. Not sure what to expect in the Boston Game 7 after that crazy finish the other night. Important Everton match tomorrow and at least I saw today that they don’t have the worst odds to be relegated. Might want to have an extra beer on hand for that match. Enjoy the week and hopefully many sunny days in May!!😎

Oh Spurs! Oh Boston! Oh Everton – hold on, a draw and a point? Better than nothing… another tantrum (temporarily?) averted!
Our weekend was sunshine free after all the build up, but today has been warm and sunny. C’mon, May, you got this!
I hope your week goes well – can’t remember who or when Spurs play next, but might be best to avoid it?!
